Says on Wikipedia that Linehan confirmed on Dec 29 that they would start shooting season 4 in March 2010. Hey the people that would have starred in the NBC ripoff are not bad. Jessica St. Clair playing Jen, Joel McHale as Roy and Richard Ayoade as Moss would have been good. Without Richard (Moss) it's a fairly funny skit - Community. Guess they thought that a comedy about a community college campus would have more appeal.

Well, I discovered this show by accident. I was showing people the silly anti-piracy commercials that we are forced to watch as an intro to a dvd and I stumbled upon the creative anti-piracy spoof from the IT Crowd. Best line is the one Roy uses when answering the phone "Hello, IT have you tried turning it off and turning it on again?" - classic.

IE, American TV...did you know that a few years ago, NBC commissioned an adaption of this (starring the same actor as Moss) but it never aired? I've been looking for the pilot for ages, would love to see how BAD it likely is!
